Sarah Carnall, REALTOR®
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Sarah grew up surrounded by nature — camping, exploring, and developing a lifelong appreciation for community and connection. She moved to Fredericton in 2002, graduating from FHS before earning her diploma in Criminology.
For over 18 years, Sarah built her career in human services, supporting at-risk youth and families, and managing multiple group homes and staff teams. That experience strengthened her leadership, empathy, and communication skills — qualities she now brings to every real estate relationship.
Today, Sarah is proud to guide clients through one of life’s biggest milestones with clarity, confidence, and care. Her goal is to make the process feel seamless and supported from start to finish — because everyone deserves to feel at home in their next chapter.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Sarah spending time with her daughter, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, enjoying live music, traveling, doing home renovations or learning something new.
